i visited to see my son, and the location proved convenient. the staff displayed kindness . breakfast offered good value (i especially liked the toast). the simple check in was appreciated, and parking was very convenient.
the shower's temperature control proved complex, especially when my child attempted to use it.

The location provided quick access to nearby shops I also appreciated its proximity to the sea. Hazel greeted us early and facilitated our check-in. Breakfast was tasty. Hazel provided helpful service .
The heating did not work causing a cold room however I asked for a blanket and got it

garry was a friendly host and the location worked for what i needed.
the breakfast was a real letdown. it felt limited (especially with the juice) and lacked variety for a longer stay. my single room felt cramped (no room to sit) and the bathroom was so small it was hard to dry off in there.

the breakfast offered a good start to the day i observed egg bacon sausages beans and toast. the location allowed easy access to nearby shops I noted.
the heating in my room malfunctioned resulting in a COLD environment i did have to request an extra blanket. the cleanliness of the toilet fell short of expectations with noticeable hairs on the wash basin.

The host provided parking permits, solving my parking concerns. This was quite helpful. A full English breakfast was available and I certainly enjoyed it.
The room I had was quite small with really nowhere to sit. The mattress was okay, but nothing special. The bathroom was similarly small. It was difficult to dry off after my shower.
